Our story is simple, we fell in love with food, and want to share that love with everyone.
Chef Etienne Saucier started with Cajun roots, and began working in restaurants as soon as possible. In Louisiana he began to work with proper chefs, and refined his techniques until he made his way to Oregon to get in touch with the rest of his roots. After dabbling in the food cart scene, he found his partner, and wife Anna Saucier. Klementine's is named in honor of her grandfather Archie Klement, he taught Mrs. Saucier love, passion, loyalty, creativity, hard work, and most of all to really enjoy life. Klementine's kitchen would not be possible without him.
We hope that while you are enjoying an amazing meal, the problems of the day will melt away for the moment, just like it did in your grandparents kitchen.
